Receive Your Quote
We'll respond within 24 hours (often much sooner) with a clear quote, timeline, and any questions about your project. No surprises — everything is explained upfront.
Approve Your Proof
Before we produce your full order, we create a sample and send you a photo. You review the layout, style, and wording. We don't start until you give the green light.
We Create Your Notes
Each piece is individually produced with real ink — no printing, no toner, just authentic-looking handwriting on paper. Most orders are completed in 1–3 business days after proof approval.
Delivered or Mailed
We ship your finished notes directly to you, or — with our Full Service option — we address, stamp, and mail them to your recipients. Either way, you're done — no envelopes to stuff, no stamps to lick.
